      1 1/2 Cups rye flour          1/4 cup dry milk powder
      1 1/2 Cups bread flour        1 1/2 cups warm water
      1 Cup whole wheat flour       1 1/2 Tbl. olive oil
      1/3 cup gluten                2 Tbl. molasses
      1 1/2 teaspoons salt          1 Tbl. caraway seeds
      2 tsp. active dry yeast       1 1/2 Tbl. cocoa   
   

Sift all the dry ingredients together. Mix all the liquid ingredients together. Then pour the liquid into the dry slowly and evenly until all is mixed will. Then knead rise 1/2 hr, knead rise 45 minutes. bake for 35 minutes.
